GTI Apps Refund Policy
The nature of digital media means that once you have downloaded an app, software, or tool, there is no way to “return” it. Refunds will only be provided under specific conditions as outlined below.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be offered only if:
- The digital product is completely unusable.
- We are unable to resolve the issue after providing support.

Limitations of Support
Please note:
- GTI Apps is not the developer of the software products provided.
- Our technical support capabilities are limited to installation guidance and issue reporting.
- We do not alter product functionality or fix developer-specific bugs.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided for:
- GTI Apps Memberships: Membership plans provide access to a wide range of tools and services at competitive prices. Memberships can be canceled at any time (not applicable for lifetime plans).
- Requesting refunds for the same product multiple times.
- Special offers and discounts: These apply only to future purchases and cannot be used to request refunds for past transactions.
Refund Denial Scenarios
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following situations:
- The product is functional, but you have changed your mind.
- The product was purchased mistakenly, and the files have already been downloaded.
- You are unable to install the product due to compatibility issues with your system, apps, or server.
- The product does not meet your personal expectations or desired functionality.
- A license key or activation message appears in the product.
- You broke your platform or system while attempting to use the product.
- You did not receive technical support but also did not cooperate (e.g., refused to provide site or app access for issue resolution).
Additional Notes
- Canceling your membership does not qualify for a refund.
- If a refund is issued, you are no longer permitted to use the downloaded product(s).
- Refunds for partially functional products may reflect their diminished value after review.
- Refund processing may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account.
