1. License and Usage

All digital products available on apps.gtidigital.in are provided under the GNU General Public License (GPL) and are developed by third-party developers.

  • These products are for personal use only. If you intend to use them for commercial purposes, please purchase them directly from the original developers.
  • We do not provide license or activation keys for automatic updates. The products are fully operational without requiring license keys.
  • Usage of any demo content, such as images, videos, or graphics, is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the product's license. Please read the licensing terms carefully before use.

2. Product Delivery

  • Upon payment confirmation, purchased products can be downloaded from your Downloads section on the account page.
  • You will also receive an email with download instructions. Ensure that you register with a valid email address.
  • Product delivery typically occurs within seconds of payment completion.

3. Downloads and Updates

For Individual Purchases:

  • You are allowed 3 downloads per product with 1 year of free updates. After this period, access to the product and updates will expire.
  • If you exhaust the 3-download limit before the year ends, you can request an extension by contacting us.

For Members:

  • Membership users receive 3 downloads per file with 1 year of updates. Once the 3-download limit is reached, future updates will no longer be available.
  • These limitations ensure server health and prevent misuse.

4. Payment and Renewal

General Terms:

  • By purchasing a product or subscribing to a membership plan, you agree to pay the listed one-time, monthly, or annual subscription fee.
  • Payment methods include UPI, credit cards, and debit cards via Razorpay and Stripe.
  • GTI Apps does not process automatic renewals. To continue your membership or product access, you must manually renew.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  • The purchased product is completely unusable.
  • We are unable to resolve the issue after providing adequate support.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Products that are functional but do not meet your expectations.
  • Products purchased by mistake.
  • Issues related to installation or compatibility with your system or server.
